What is this all about?

January 1, 2009

We live in a selfish time. And we’ve become selfish people. But deep down inside, we all have a desire to do good and help others. What if we really did that? What if we got serious about serving people? What if we got serious about serving the people of Cartersville? Meeting needs. No, not just meeting needs…wiping them out.  What if every person, family, church, business, or group decided to get together and just serve somewhere in Cartersville?

And what if Cartersville got serious about changing the quality of life somewhere around the world? What would life look like if everyone in our city decided to get involve and serve somewhere outside of Cartersville?  What if Cartersville decided to serve the world?

Use the links found here to find local service projects for you, your Journey Group, your office, or your family. Learn about how Cartersville can make a difference around the world. And then come back to tell your story.
